Your blouse is very nice. Re the lace, I believe the "English" word for it is entredeux, i.e. it is really a French word.

You look lovely in your cute blouse, Johanna! Love the vintage look of the fabric paired with the lace. As Kay Y says, this is entredeux and literally it means something like 'between two' or 'in between', i.e. meant to go between two pieces of fabric.
