Cute top! Sorry about top #2. Don't you just hate fabric that won't stop growing!

Terrific chevron! It is very dynamic--more than worth the extra trouble. Have you tried burn-testing mystery fabric? Then you'll know if it's another poly interlock or a higher quality material.

Wow Mary, I have this pattern but havent tried the bias version yet. Yours looks too good. I made this top in a cotton interlock and like yours, mine too kept growing after every wash. I found the neck too big and might alter it next time.

First, I like the chevron on you very much. If you lengthen the sleeves, I think 3/4 length would look really good on you as well. Your great review takes us through the sewing process as it really is - enjoyed it !

Good job on the bias stripes. I think this pattern will look nice with 3/4 or longer sleeves. I haven't used this pattern in a while, so thanks for the reminder.

Thanks for the nice comments. I am very lucky the stripes behaved well! I think 3/4 length sleeves would be great on this too.
