Impressive! Beautiful fit and gorgeous with the leopard finished inside. What fun to wear! This pattern might bear further scrutiny. I've already looked at the other 2 reviews....

These are beautiful! I love your work and this is no exception. Like you, I'm a fan of linen and enjoy working with it an wearing it. Hearing how great the instructions were, particularly with guidance on fit, perhaps I'll get this pattern to attempt tackling a pair of pants for myself.

This is about as perfect a fit as any high end pants you could buy - I too have the front dropped waist problem and I think it's probably due to the way I stand (maybe you do too) which is my back is arched backwards - when I stand perfectly straight the drop disappears which is nice but that's just not my normal stance - your friend is right - that's just the way it goes and the pants fit you perfectly.

well heavans, these are just spectacular!!! i love that you are sewing more than heirloom! i so miss smocking and everytime i see your name, i have to look at what you've made. i just came from the fitting pants class and these are perfect!!

Thanks for a really terrific and THOROUGH review of this pattern - sounds like it really tries to guide you through pants fitting as well as sewing them. I think this pair turned out really well - Aside from linen wrinkles, only to be expected, I don't see anything else going on - the fit is fantastic! And I adore the zebra HK finish! Give yourself your reward of choice - mine is chocolate or champagne.

Your pants fit beautifully and you did a great job! I am short and curvy as well and live in a hot climate, I am going to order the pattern and have it sent to my sister , she is coming to visit and re-supplying me. I love your Hk finish. It is like pretty underwear, only you know it is there! Thank you for a wonderful review. Pants are a pain for me!
