Karen, this pattern is from a small company called "Linda Lee". I bought this pattern years ago; my serger dealer had it on display, but hadn't made a sample. I was curious, so I bought the pattern thinking I could use it for a blanket fleece coat. After looking at the pattern pieces and instructions, I decided not to bother trying to make a real coat. I would not recommend this for beginners, because although the sewing is completely simle, the instructions are not clear. Also, the coat is designed to be very big and boxy, but you can't tell that from the pattern cover. As an alternative, there are very simple patterns for serged coats availble from Kwik Sew and Stretch and Sew. These have great instructions and the fit is more flattering.
