Amanda S. said... Oh! I used embroidery thread for the topstitching. As for the waistband, it is a two piece design, with the outer side sewn to the skirt first and the inner attached second. So, I attached the front piece to the skirt, the back waistband to the front waistband, and did all topstitching before I slipstitched the back waistband to the skirt. 2/10/09 3:59 PM
