I bought this pattern and funny enough, I am making fromnavy blue fake poly suede. The whole costume combined with S4942 will be all polysuede. I am beginner and it does seem simple. DH and I are both tall, I doubt I will be shortening any of it.

Wow, DH looks so tall and you had to shorten it! Looks great. Thank goodness you got 50% off the fabric; that is a lot of fabric.
