It's a cute skirt, thanks for the review, it's on my list of "might do's" (that grows every month with the new issue). Your work and details are nice. Seriously, though, it still looks big in the waist. Maybe it's just the stiffness of the cord, but the picture makes it look like it stands out from your waist, rather than hugging it. And that the belt is riding below your actual waist.
