Thanks for the review! I actually bought this pattern today, and when I saw the review list, I somehow knew your review was going to be for this same apron. (I'm apparently psychic about apron reviews -- how useful, lol! :D ) I love your rickrack, too!! It's perfect for this.

Thanks for the review and the suggestions. When you say, you would add a tab, do you mean so you could make a buttonhole and buttons so you could get it on more easily. I know what you mean about binding. It isn't as easy as they make it seam.

Love your apron, the fabric is so cheerful!! I have this pattern as well, now I want to pull it out and get sewing!

I cannot figure out how to get this pattern on - over my head doesn't work! I don't even know if I constructed it properly, which is disheartening since there are only FOUR seams! I've done a lot more complicated things than this. I even had my husband look at the way I had arranged the pieces before sewing (right sides together) and he thought they looked correct according to the illustration. Still, no matter how I try to finagle it, I have a mess. Thank goodness I haven't added binding or hemming yet. Please help if you can. Also, I really don't want to pull it over my head. I am not able to envision how tabs and buttons would alleviate this. Thanks for any help you can offer. Ginny in AZ
