RuthieSews said... Deb, I wanted to get into a healthy weight range in particular as I was having trouble with my knees so I went along to Weight Watchers. My doc still wants me to lose a little more to reduce the knee strain, but it is nice when clothes look better too :-) Thanks for the nice comments 3/11/09 9:05 AM
