However, under a tunic length top, that falls just below the widest part of my hips, the skirt is fabulous--you get the very slender-legged look that we used to get from leggings, but in a skirt, and it's a nice balance with a flowing top. So I've decided these narrow skirts are great for very specific purposes, but aren't useful all-around for me.
