Interesting review. I just bought David Page Coffin's book also, and I'm looking forward to reading his techniques. Your fabric does look extremely comfortable for summer. Great looking shirt.

I'm sorry to hear you had trouble with the instructions; at least you ended up with a nice, wearable shirt and a new favourite pattern. This one is a favourite of mine, too.
