Cute shirt! The fit looks really good to me. The only thing I see is the waist looks to be slightly lower than your waist (understandable as you are petite) but it's minor. If you shortened above the waist (and added the length back at the hem) it would help the back where the fabric is pooling at your waist. Even if you don't alter the fit is good. Great job!

It's sad, but I've already taken out 1" between the bust and waist. I noticed after I sewed it up that my waist was still above the waistline marking. I must be really short-waisted. I'll take out a bit more next time & see what happens. Thanks!

I like the look of this, too, especially the cuffs and the sleeve length. I hadn't paid much attention to it before, but now I'm giving it another look. It seems to be a good style for you.
