Great idea - I've been looking for something like this for my son.. How do you get the triangels to stay on the helmet?

Maria, I made the bottoms of the triangle small, so they have to be forced over the fastener (the one at the bottom of the triangle on the straps). This helps keep them from slipping off. However, I have to redo one of mine, it wasn't quite small enough and keeps slipping off.
