I also made this pattern. I did the pants (including the big flower applique) and the vest to match. I liked the pattern too, and will use it again. Your nephews sound like they like to "dress-up". My son too!

Thanks for letting me know that the pants worked out. I'll go ahead and try it meself. Yes, they love to dress up, and I'm glad that they pick ones that are easy to make something for. My own children were a different story. My owon son wanted to be a vacum cleaner for Halloween one year! That way he could just suck the candy out of the bowls.

What a lovely pattern - I might make the jacket for my daughter, who, incidentally, went to see the Wiggles at the Sydney Entertainment Centre on Saturday. Gives me a thrill to know that American kids are enjoying the Wiggles as much as Australian kids do!
