I love that fabric -- it's perfect for that nice, simple style. You've done a great job with all your alterations and finishing details. Your husband's comment made me chuckle. He's very diplomatic and kind, even if he did really think the first muslin looked like a sack! You've managed to make it look very flattering and lovely.

I love how you have done an all in one neck / armhole facing . I really would like to try that one day . Do you need to make the facings smaller than the actual front so it turns under properly ? What a helpfull review. Your dress looks great .
