Aren't those "lightbulb" moments wonderful? Your jacket is so very pretty! I too like the vertical seams and the "just enough" embroidery!

I like the embroidery too - it's a nice touch and agree with Nancywin - BWOF patterns become highly addictive. I use a sewing book for my instructions where possible for the reasons you mentioned above!
