Your alterations make this a very nice style. The neckline shape was what drew me to your review and the addition of criss-cross straps is a lovely detail.

Your dress is beautiful and I love your choice of your fabric. The tapering of the contrast band looks intrinsic, rather than a late addition.

Your review has inspired me to add an extra layer in the bust to fill in for a bra (this works very well for sundresses and smaller bosoms).
