Great job on your first skating dress. The rhinestones look great. Your daughter certainly looks like she loves the dress. For the back neck you might want to try an overlapped neckband with a double heavy duty snap to hold it in place (I'm not a big fan of the swimsuit hooks for this style of dress).

Love it! I have that pattern but haven't made it yet. So nice to see it made up. Your daughter looks so happy and I think it looks great on her. Happy sewing - you will be making many more skating dresses :)

I must agree with shebear ... the best way I have found to close the halter neck is overlapping and using 2 heavy duty snaps ... the swinsuit hooks don't look as good.
