I looked at the pictures on your blog and I don't see anything wrong with your "little red dress". It has that "sexy secretary" look. Is this a case where the garment didn't turn out to be exactly what you originally had in mind, but may still be a fantastic little dress. Can you post a picture of you in the dress?

your pictured dress showed great sewing skills. that it isn't flattering on you is difficult to believe, because the dress is so cute. this is simply an FYI.. ... ...when the back of the belt does not cover the waist seam, perhpas a contoured belt would.
