I, too, am amazed how quickly and cheaply they can be made! But the wide crotch thing is truly bizarre. Maybe we should write to Kwik Sew about it? The problem is also on their other pattern, 2100.

I have used Kwik Sew panties pattern from Beautiful Lingerie Book and also found that to have too wide a crotch

Your panties look great! I ordered this pattern from the ongoing Wazoodle KS sale - can't wait to make some! Will be careful about the crotch width.

I couldn't help but laugh about the photo comment! I have used this pattern myself, and absolutely love it!!! Made the same adjustments in the crotch area, much comfier! (Hey, isn't the new 'buzzword' -innerwear- instead of underpants??? My daughter tells me that I am showing my age again!! Oh well!
