Cute dress, great fabric, but IMHO you are right- it makes you look unnecessarily wide at the waist. Belt it!

LOVE your dress! and isn't that the problem with boobs? they stick out and then make the whole dress stick out. an occaisional hand on the hip will take care of that problem!
