Very nice bag. Is the laptop sleeve padded too?

The sleeve for View A calls for some craft foam to help pad a laptop, and the sleeve would fit in the tote. The sleeve also comes in a bigger size (View B standalone). I didn't make either sleeve, but may if I make one of these for myself.
