I love this dress! I was reading your review because I bought this pattern to make a bride's maid dress for my daughter. However, I don't think I've ever made a dress that was completely lined. Is this really necessary? I'm wondering if i can get away with not lining the skirt.

Hard to imagine this is the first reveiw for thispattern. Looks like it has most of the bases covered. Your dress is lovely. Odds are you will use this pattern more than once given its versatility.
