Yep, yep. Runs big! I made a size 1 for my DGD who wears a RTW 2. The shoulder seams were standing up above her shoulders and every time she moved, they slipped off sideways. I had to take apart the neck facing (with all my nice understitching AND embroidery on the yoke) and take it in a bit. Still loose, but stayed in place a bit better. Will probably still fit her next year. And though she's a bit on the slim side. not THAT much. And she is quite tall for her age. My frustration with the Big 3/4 patternmakers have me turning to Ottobre. We'll see how that turns out! But your DD looks great in this top! BTW, I made the top, but put a little ruffle on the bottom of it. Kind of a tunic length.
