I have this pattern too, and have been waffling on whether to actually make it. Now I'm definately going to make the version with the tie - yours looks great!

Both blouses are very nice. The green satin is especially pretty. And yes, this pattern is instant gratification and works for so many. I'm inspired to try the tie version now!

Joann's just had their Simplicity patterns on sale for 5 for 5$ now I wish I would have bought that one. I looked at it but passed it by. Wish I hadn't. Great job your looks fantastic!
