Jennifer, thanks for the review. I'm always eager to see others' t-shirt experiments. I like this pattern.

I don't remember this pattern. I am also interested in t-shirt reviews, since I need to start making some for myself! Good fit information.

I like this pattern, too. I made the long-sleeve version once; it was really snug through the forearm, and I have scrawny chicken arms.

I've used this pattern a number of times for a t-shirt, and like it quite a lot. I happen to have pretty thin arms, and the sleeves are very fitted on me, too--I think that's the desired style here. One thing I should change (but have been either to lazy or too forgetful to do) is the shape of the neck. I think the back neck is too low, at least for a forward-neck person who slouches at a computer all day. I'd raise the back neckline an inch, and maybe lower the front neckline, and in fact probably move the shoulder seam forward a bit as well.

Looks like a great basic pattern - I like the view with the zipper. Has anyone made that one yet?

Great top, Jennifer! I have used this pattern and found the sleeves too snug as well.

I have been trying to decide if I want to use this pattern as I have the paper all cut out and altered, but I have been so successful with KS 2900 and the close-fitting description scares me. Yours looks great and I like the length on you.

Thanks so much Jennifer for this review. The photo is fantastic for me,as I see that we are of a similar shape, including the square shoulders. As I now have a coverstitch machine, I am going to make my T-shirts etc for the first time in many years, and having a good pattern has been worrying me.
