The top looks very nice on you. I'm sorry for your disappointment, we've all been there. Perhaps you can make a save of it by making a skirt and camisole in a matching solid colour. You could bring the camisole up to your desired height and repeat the scallops across the top edge. It looks like you did a nice job.

It is a cute top and look at all the new skills you learned! I too have a problem with low necklines and raise most of them. Perhaps you can wear a cami underneath or something....

I almost bought this pattern today...now that I've read your review and seen the wonderful job you did on that scalloped edge, I think I'm going back to actually buy it. Thanks for a very informative review.

I think that you've been hard on yourself, it doesn't look too low to me and you've done a really nice job with the scallops. I also think that the fabric is great and really suits you - go on be brave and wear it. I bet you get some great comments!

Your blouse looks very nice. I also bought this pattern for the scallops...I will try and rework them so the neckline isn't so low.
