Very cute and contemporay! I've been noticing ruffles on the edges of everything. Was this tricky to sew on? Did you make the ruffle as a separate embellishment?. It looks great!! Would this work in lightweight linen or linen-blend.? thanks for sharing...sue

@ mhk3boys - I used my serger to do the rolled hem. I've only had it for a few months and this is only the second time I done the rolled hem but I love the professional finish. @minivandogs - Thanks for your comment. I think this will work well in a linen or linen blend, in fact I think it's what Adrienne used in her version. The ruffle is a separate piece cut on the bias, gathered down the middle and basted then stitched on at the neckline after the facings have been attached, all in all, pretty simple.
