I love the colours in the lace, I would have snapped it up too. Is the shell lined? I am a bit nervous about sewing with lace myself.

no, it isn't lined, but the lace is so busy that there really isn't any show through. I am very nervous myself about sewing with anything stretch, but this went pretty well, lots of good tips in the instructions
