	Solferino said... Thanks for this review -- making this pattern now for a princess/fairy party -- and am getting ready to gather the skirt. Like you mentioned, I was pondering exactly how I'm going to gather all these layers... but I think I'll try your method. Now I just need to puzzle through the directions for the bias tape at the waist... must have read them six times so far, and no closer to understanding!
