Such a lovely top - my eye was drawn toward it immediately when I pulled up the Gallery. I just love the ruffles - especially what you've done with the sleeves. Nice work.

This is SUPER cute. I LOVE the fabric you've chosen. It looks VERY high-end. NECK NOT TOO LOW??? Isn't that downright SACRILEGE in today's pattern climate? :o) That's worth the price of admission alone, if you ask me.
