One thing I forgot to mention here that I mention on my blog is that I backed this with petticoat netting. Why? Because it really doesn't wrinkly. Well, it wrinkles, but they are much less noticeable and they "fall out" much better. After hanging this dress overnight after I wore it, I could hardly tell I wore it. The dress doesn't need pressing. This is an old dressmaker's technique from the 50's, but it still works today. I'm not sure if crinoline would work, but it might, but I've always used petticoat netting, and this is what's worked for me.

But isn't the netting uncomfortable? Great dress! I love the look of the sleeves.
