love the collar too, and the fabric is really pretty. Really enjoyed your series of photos showing your process and the different views (although I liked those wide wide sleeves!):-)

Good lokking jacket and the fabric is interesting so it adds to the whole look. The interior shows the time it must have taken. You will never worry about taking your jacket off and showing its insides! Great job!

yes, wholly bias tape, but it looks much more "off the rack" like that. Great job.

Thanks so much everyone! marec: the jacket is warm enough for 50-degree temps. It's not really warm enough for 40-degree temps (but I am cold all the time, so someone warmer than me might be able to tolerate it!)
