Sounds like a cute skirt. Wish the pictures were larger and that you gave more details regarding how you did the flounce.

Sorry, katlew03. I'm not sure why the photos are so small. I used the same photos on my blog and they are a reasonable size. PR must scale them down? I have added another photo showing the pattern piece for the bottom piece with the flounce. Hope that helps! Thanks j22b. :)
