Love your version--you baby will look classy in this! Your yellow/black tab is a nice accent. Looks like you might have used snap source. I agree-- was fun to make!

Thanks Penelope. I added the tab because I don't like the zipper and it hides it well. I did use snap source. The tab is green and yellow, not black, the colours were hard to photograph.

Nice job, Lou! Looks very ready to wear (but I'm sure yours is a better sewing job!) Good idea for sewing up some to have on hand . . . instead of my usual good intentions that never are realised!

Question! Did you make any special adjustments for using self-fabric, rather than ribbing? Did you cut the neckline piece a little bigger? I am on the verge of starting on the sleeveless version of this pattern -- thank you so much for the update, and especially for the tip to sew the armholes first!

I cut the self fabric the same length but it was tricky so you may want to add 1/4".
