PS (Good link too, I used a very similar method to attach the facing to a dress for my daughter, pulling through the shoulder etc, only I made it up as I went along (the pattern wanted slip-stitching, I was determined to find a way to do it by machine!). Glad to see its a genuine method and I wasn't just making life hard for myself unnecessarily!
