Joan, I marked this as difficult because of plaid matching on the bias, and the long curved hem, which with the bias cut stretched very unevenly and was horrible to get level. If you used a very stable fabric, or cut on the grain this would be a very straight forward skirt to make up.

You did a nice job matching everything up. I wouldn't have dared to try this with a regular plaid let alone an irregular one. Very nice outcome.
