That skirt is so nice! The flounce overlay and the fold-down band give it some great visual interest. I am curious--is that fold-down band sewn at the seams and/or other places or is it just folded down? What keeps it in place? Thanks! Great review, too.

I love this skirt -- how did I miss the pattern? Looks perfect for my DD ... and perhaps for me as well. And, yes, KS does run a bit large. If I may ask, how did your first version compare in size to the finished size printed on the pattern? The amount of stretch really makes a difference in fit of knits.
