|**Edited 7/27/2013 to add 3 pajama tops for the Fabric Stash Contest.|
I made 3 short sleeve pj tops in size 122 for my 7yo.
Green and blue version
Camping print version
White and red version
Raglan sleeve pajama top with neckbinding and cuffs.
92-128. I upsized to 134 for the height and did 128 for width.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes, except my neck binding looked too narrow.
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes, as usual.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I chose this pattern because I wanted genuine looking pajamas. Previously I used a slim fitting top and leggings pattern.
One thing: I've done lots of ottobre knit tops and this is the first time I ended up with such a narrow neck binding. Since this is a recent issue, I wonder if they have changed the pattern instructions and now require you to add a seam allowance? The magazine photo shows a wider neckband than what I ended up with. I couldn't find any indication of this in the instructions, though.
Cotton jersey from www.fabric.com.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Definitely. I've already cut out several different sizes for my assortment of kids.
Excellent, easy to make pajama top.
