I think the pleats give the cardi some added cachet. Looked very nice on.

Looks good. I like the color. I too needed to do something to the back of the cardi to give it more shape. I took 3 pintucks midback. It was too rectangular for my rectangle shape.

i love the cut of this. it looks really sharp! i don't thing the pleats are too bulky at all!
