Thank you! It was a gift and I told the girl's mother that I will add a larger piece of elastic in the waist if needed, or tighten the elastic if needed. There is a nice little side opening in the casing that only requires ripping a few tiny hand sewn stitches to get at the elastic. The pattern says to customize the amount of elastic needed before putting it into the casing, but I had to guess since it was a gift!
