I'm printing out the pictures and the review for my DD to see...something tells me that she will want one just like it one of these days. Thank you sooo much for sharing this review. Your sewing expertise just shines in your creation. Since it was made for your DD, I imagine that every stitch was sewed with love. 4/17/04 8:49 AM
Sew it seams said... Thank you all so much!! The encouragement we get here from others who also love to sew makes all the time and effort seem even more worthwhile.
jlg- This pattern would absolutely be easy for you. (you have made a wonderful wardrobe for yourself) But I realized that I should have "qualified" the "easy to sew" rating for this review by saying that the pattern as it is meant to be made would be easy to sew. The pleating wasn't so easy. I would love to have the instructions from the designer of the dress I copied! I'm sure it wasn't done the way I did it. :) 4/17/04 10:17 AM
