was there boning with this pattern! it looks lovely!

There is boning in the side of the bodice - it was fairly easy to add the boning in - much easier than I thought it would be anyway. Instead of horsehair braid for the hem, I have purchased some cord to weight the bottom as I felt the flow would be a little too stiff with the braid. It's a shame I can't put a close up pic of the fabric as the pattern on the material is paisley and I've played around with the pattern - alternating it by cutting the pieces from different parts of the fabric. I've also seen some silver shoes that will match the pattern perfectly.
