Tini said... The bra looks great on the dress form. I have one question ( I have this pattern too :) ), Did you use stretch fabric or a woven? I did not use this pattern because I was told, that I couldn't use it with a knit and that knits are easier to fit :) I'm making Elan 530 at the moment...

LiZ said... I have used about 3 different Bra Patterns {not this one] and have found that I have needed to trim the top of the Bra back on all. I check this before applying the top elastic. I have also found that there is sometimes different widths between the hooks so it pays to check. 4/20/04 4:35 PM

cindyann said... Very professional workmanship, Lou. Bra making is fun! I understand how you feel about your bra though. I love looking at the ones I've made, but I have never worn them. How would you say this bra looks under clothing? Does is give a nice round shape? I have looked at this pattern and considered it. 4/21/04 7:48 AM
Lou. said... Cindyann, I think if the fit was better it may be smooth under a tight T, but the wrinkles I get (because I don't fill it) would only be good under a sweater. 4/21/04 8:21 AM
