Very nice gift. Not sure I'd want to sew 10 layers on my regular sewing machine, esp if you want to interface some of the layers. Thanks for the warning. Still, the pattern has appeal, particularly for gifts.

There's NO problem sewing 10 layers. I have made several and given them as gifts and everyone loves them. There's no need for a zipper to hold change secure. Just follow Joan's directions and they are perfect.
