So cute. You did a great job. When I lose my last 30 pounds (have already lost 28 lbs.) I might make these up, and who knows, maybe they will morph into "Hoochie Mama Pants". :)

Ann, your skort looks terrific! You say it's easy, but it sounds kind of difficult to me. May I ask your reason for sewing the zipper by hand--was it a small space?

This is so darling. Love the fabric too. I used to love skorts, and still do on other people. I missed the Hoochie Mama review, so thanks for that too!

Very cute, Ann!! Glad my own personal humiliation could inspire you. ;-) I'll have to give this pattern a try, too (but without cutting it hoochie short, of course). Please do tell how you would have attached the shorts lining to the zipper--I'd love to learn a new and better technique.

A really nice skort. It would be great for golf or tennis or just at the beach. I also like the tank top and cardi in this pattern so I have added this pattern to my wish list as it is new and probably wont be able to get it until the spring in Oz.

Very cute!! If you sew the cardigan, please, please review it. I've been looking at this pattern for a few months now. I'm not a "skort person" either--could you leave off the shorts and just have a skirt?

Another vote for non-soccer mom. You look terrific! That does it, I'm getting my spider veins worked on (a job hazard for teachers--standing all the time)

I just orderd this pattern to make outfits for golf...the skort & jacket you made are beautiful...you look great in your outfit.Love your choice of fabric.
