It must be a good pattern if you've done it 4 times! I've bought it but haven't started yet - good to know about the waistband. That seems to be the biggest issue with all the reviewers.

I look forward to photos of your jeans -- nice job! When you stretched the waistband, did it leave extra that you trimmed off?

Lynn, it's also such a *practical* pattern. I have so many patterns that are pretty, but I wouldn't know where to wear. Jeans I wear. Patti, the first few times I didn't have enough waistband. By the time I got to this one, I was cutting it bigger, so I'm not sure how much I had left in comparison to the actual pattern waistband. I also keep improving things. I'm pretty new to sewing clothes, so I screw up a lot!
