I've been thinking about this skirt off and on for awhile. Yours is so great that it's definitely back on! I love the way the tencel is soft and also holds the details. It looks like you did a nice job of the sewing too, despite your problems. (Sometimes if I have to piece a waistband or other long straight piece, I cut on the straight grain and use a bias seam to join. When you fold it over, none of the seam is on top of itself, so no bulk. Just an idea...)
