The skirt looks very nicely sewn, sorry about the fitting problems. If you do try this again, maybe it would help to use a lighter weight fabric for the yoke area than the rest? Or maybe a thin fabric all over, but self lined for the lower parts so it won't cling? I have trouble with lightweight knit pants/skirts clinging, don't know if you do too... anyway those are just some thoughts. Good luck on the hoodie and the next skirt.
