It looks pretty good to me. Any problem with the bodice isn't visible.

This is how I would fix the gaposis on the neckline. On the next dress, in the area where you made the darts, I would put a row of easing stitches. Pull up (ie. "slightly gather") the stitches the amount of the dart. Try it on and adjust as necessary. I can't tell how the neckline is finished, but if it's with a binding, that should be easy, though you will use less of the binding than before since the overall length is shorter. If it uses a self-lining, I would ease both layers together and would probably secure the easing with a piece of twill tape. Very cute dress! It looks great on you. :)
